Thompson Center Building Fund

Expand the extraordinary! The Thompson Center is expanding our holistic services with a new, state-of-the-art facility that will allow the Thompson Center to double the number of patient rooms, hire top-tier clinicians, and implement innovative programs.

The new Thompson Center, opening spring of 2026, will feature an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), a one-of-a-kind program that is designed to serve children struggling with severe behaviors that prevent them from safely attending school or residing at home. The IOP will offer transformative, interdisciplinary care, with a focus on reducing target behaviors and helping children return to their community settings safely and with improved behaviors.

Some additional features of the new space will include:

  • Adaptive and inclusive playground
  • Family waiting room
  • Therapy gym
  • Group therapy rooms
  • Life skills room and training café
  • Training and conference center
  • Discovery and research center
  • Easy-to-navigate entrance and drop-off area

Your gift can make a difference. Every donation brings us closer to realizing a new facility with the space and features that will allow us to better serve more children and families across Missouri and beyond offering them the compassionate care and impactful services they deserve.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in the future of children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses.
